Mona graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO she earned L.L.M. in US law. She also earned Master in Transnational Law from Tecnologico de Monterry in Mexico. Mona is originally a Palestinian lawyer, and a graduate of Al- Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine.
